Dehydrated Cannabis The Bottom Line
Results are in on dehydrated Cannabis. Well I have to stand behind the dehydration method. However I guess I’m old school, the first and best way is the natural way (hang dry) 10 to 14 days then into jars for curing. Now for anyone who smokes daily if you are in this position you probably tried everything to quickly dry some bud like the oven, light bulb, heater or even the dryer, me too. So when I saw the dehydrator I was not sure but I gave it a try and amazed myself it smells and tastes just as good as the buds I dried naturally most important the quality was just as good, lots of crystal and nice and sticky.
- You don’t need to be picky when trimming, leave a little leaf. This helps keep a lot of crystal on the bud.
- Do not dry the bud till it’s crisp
- Dry 90% so you can still put in jars for curing.
This still allows you to smoke some before you put in jars. Once in the jars you know it will start feeling moist again.
Overall the dehydrator will speed your harvest time (which can be nerve-wracking.) And if for any reason it doesn’t work for you, you can still make some beef jerky, You can make all your fruit and herbal teas. I fell in love the dehydrator.
